Use social media - if your business isn’t already using social media, this is a good time to implement social media strategy, and if you are already on social media, be sure to review your messaging and stay active! Customers are more active on social media these days because of social distancing recommendations to stay home.


Share your crisis strategies - tell your customers how you are working through the global pandemic. This is reassuring to consumers as they see you’re actively making changes to cope with the crisis, plus you’re sharing tips for how they can cope as well.


Whether your consumer base is large or small, it’s important to stay in touch with them as it will directly impact the credibility of your brand in the future.
